Shipping & delivery

1How much will my shipping cost?

• All orders over £150.00 excluding VAT will be dispatched free of charge.
• Smaller orders under £149.00 excluding VAT will cost £12. To keep costs very competitive, we only ship from Denmark via UPS twice monthly.

2How long will my order take to arrive?

• Orders can take up to 14 days to arrive, however, most arrive between 7-10 days.
• Express 24/48 hour delivery is available if required. In this event, please get in touch with us directly.
• Orders to the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and other Islands may take an additional few days.
• Orders placed after 4 pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday mornings.

3Back orders

Out-of-stock items on back order will be sent on to you automatically as soon as we receive them. No additional delivery charges apply to items on backorder.
